What You’ll Do:

Job Summary

As a Galaxy Payment Systems Sales Executive, you are a critical part in fulfilling our mission to help business owners make smarter business decisions through our world-class platform, personalized customer service, and transparent easy-to-understand pricing.

As a Sales Executive, you are the first point of contact that every customer will engage with, and serve as experts in this industry. Sales Consultant will have a keen understanding of:


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategies and Concepts in a high velocity sales environment
  • Offer Galaxy solution and offerings. Bring in sales and create new business opportunities
  • Engaging customers via social media channels, emails, trade shows, etc.
  • Creating new market segment for Galaxy
  • Bringing innovative ideas to target niche market.
  • Maintain sales records and prepare sales reports as required.
  • Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Perform other Duties as assigned

Your overall responsibilities as a Sales Executive will include, but not be limited to, understanding general operations around the customers industry, how they’re currently processing, prescribing solutions based on Galaxy’s offerings, all while efficiently and effectively navigating through the sales process.


  • 2- 3 years of high velocity sales experience
  • Collaborative attitude with a focus on “We” and not on “Me”
  • Innate curiosity. Desire to learn and be coached on the industry, our products and core sales competencies
  • Strong attention to detail, work ethic, and communication skills.
  • Strong Interdepartmental Relationships. Ability to collaborate within the Sales department as well as the Operations, Marketing and support teams.
  • Solution-oriented with the ability to think strategically and creatively in decision-making
  • Experience/Desire to contribute to the broader goals of the organization beyond your immediate job description.
  • Culture Fit: someone who is positive, optimistic, ambitious, proactive, honest, charismatic, well-rounded, articulate, autonomous, innovative, and has an insatiable appetite for success and snacks.
